While we work hard to achieve these objectives every day, our primary concern - above all else - is to ensure our customers enjoy dealing with us.
Our customer service philosophy generates an extremely high satisfaction rate among our buyers. Some 60-70% of new customers are referred to us by existing owners of a Prével condo. Such referrals are the best form of feedback we can ask for. We implemented a continuous improvement program to ensure we stay in touch with our customers’ changing needs and preferences, and through recurring market research we collect customer comments to systematically improve our products and services.
