Of all the employees of <strong><a href="https://www.prevel.ca/blogue" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Prevel</a></strong> who chose to establish themselves in one of our projects, I am the only one who chose (one could say dared) a smaller unit.
In this pre-election period, how can we increase Montreal’s competitive edge in order to counter the current exodus to the suburbs? The city already has numerous inherent advantages.
At first glance, its citizens enjoy an exceptional quality of life, in part because they have more free time than their suburbanite counterparts, who have to deal with long commutes to work on a day-to-day basis.

Thursday June 20, we celebrated the moving in of the new co-owners of the Lowney 9 & 10 with a welcome BBQ evening.

It is with a lot of pride that Prével presented, on June 6, the plans of the second part of Phase 1 of Le <strong><a href="http://le21e.prevel.ca/en/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">21<sup>e</sup> Arrondissement project</a></strong>. This second part is called Phase 1b.
