Unveiling Phase 1b – 21e Arrondissement
By Philippe Vincent It is with a lot of pride that Prével presented, on June 6, the plans of the second part of Phase 1 of Le 21e Arrondissement project. This second part is called Phase 1b. It comprises 47 new units ranging from 395 to 1,275 sq.ft. with one to three bedrooms. These units will be available in the summer of 2015 at a cost of $163,000 to $599,000. To highlight this event, Prevel organised a cocktail reception. It was a great success, with approximately 150 to 200 guests present to celebrate this launch with us. To see some of the pictures taken during this great event, follow this link to Prével’s Facebook Page. We invite you to take a look at the plans of Phase 1b. Best regards, Philippe
