I would imagine that in all projects located in Griffintown, salespeople are often asked: "Do you worry that the amount of condos currently for sale will saturate the market"?
<!--more-->Let's reason the situation a little. We have never before seen so many condo projects sell so quickly in Montreal. Furthermore, in Griffintown they have all attained the level of sales necessary for financing and construction, all in record time. The resale level at Lowney is also quite fast, with most transactions being completed within weeks.

I remember back when I worked at <a href="http://lelowney.prevel.ca/en/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Lowney</strong></span></a> there was a young twenty-something year old client who had just reserved her first home with us. Leaving our sales office, with her parents on either side, it was clear the young woman was bursting with joy at the thought of owning her very first condo.
Following recent discussions on the future of Griffintown, I believe it is important that I, as a participant in the revitalization of this area, explain the process that led to the development of <a href="http://lesbassins.prevel.ca/en/index.php" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Bassins du Havre</strong></span></a>. I firmly believe that the revitalization of any neighborhood begins with the vitality created by housing, which is an essential element for any area undergoing rejuvenation.
