By David Deschênes The Imperial Lofts project was recognized at the Montreal Real Estate Forum as a leader in innovation and integration, and was subsequently awarded by the Urban Development Institute of Quebec. The jury for the multi-residential category, chaired by Danièle Lalande from Chez Gascons & Associates, declared Imperial Lofts the winner for its design and successful integration into the neighborhood, in addition to its contribution to the revitalization for St-Henri. The project was also recognized for its use of innovative construction techniques that promote sustainable development, and as well for its exemplary role in urban rehabilitation and housing policies.
