We developed tools to better advise them, and our team is specially trained to support these less-experienced buyers throughout the purchasing process.
A primary objective of our sales personnel is to provide these first-time buyers with all the information necessary to make an informed choice, and to ensure that decisions are not made too swiftly. We strive to develop trusting relationships with our clients rather than settle for quick sales. We support our buyers through the entire purchasing process, from initial selection of a unit through after-sale service, all in the interest of building such long-term relationships. As a result, many of our clients continue to do business with Prével long after their first purchase from us.
