Lancement de la phase 2 du 21e arrondissement : 86 nouvelles unités de condo, de 388 à 1265 pi2, dans le Vieux-Montréal

It was a great pleasure to welcome our existing and future clients to the launch of Phase 2 of 21e arrondissement, which was held last Thursday, February 26th at our sales office on William street in Old Montréal. With more than 350 people in attendance, the 5 à 7 quickly became a colorful and exciting 5 à 9!

We had the privilege of enjoying dishes prepared by Le Serpent restaurant, which included oysters, lobster risotto, Peking duck and other delights.

During the event guests were able to discover Phase 2, which features 86 condo units ranging from 388 to 1265 sq. ft. and priced from $170,000 to $590,000 before taxes. Indoor parking costs $39 000.  See plans here

This phase will be located on William Street, on top of 6 floors of high-end apartments that will be managed by Prével. Thus, Phase 2 is located between the 7th and 14th floors, ensuring that the majority of units have views.

Delivery of this phase will take place during Winter 2016/2017 and will feature a large rooftop lounge and winter garden. Residents also have access to the rooftop terrace and swimming pool in Phase 1 as well as the spa and fitness centre located in Phase 3. Several units were already reserved during the launch party!

Thanks again to all our clients for making this event an unforgettable evening!
