Final blog post of the year! It’s our chance to wish you a very happy holiday season! But before we take a much needed break, here are the latest news from our projects.

21e arrondissement Phase 4

Le 21e arrondissement, at the crossroads of Old Montreal and Griffintown

  • Phase 3 – Under Construction

Our teams just finished pouring the rooftop slab in the past few days. Concrete form work removal is underway on the 7th to 9th floors. The exterior walls are up and windows have been installed up to the 4th floor.

  • Phase 4 – On Sale

Launched this past October, Phase 4 is already 60% sold!

Don’t hesitate to stop by the sales office as of January 6th to visit our model units and learn about the units that are still available. Phase 4 offers 1 to 3 bedroom condos and studios. Prices range from $152,000 to $689,000.

  • Pier 2b – Deliveries Complete

All units have been delivered.

As of mid-December, the fitness centre, the indoor swimming pool and spa area are open! Our teams are working hard on the final touches.

  • Pier 3 – Under Construction

All units have been sold. The exterior masonry work is 97% completed. The teams are currently laying gypsum on the ground floor and on the second floor. They plan to install the first kitchens in February.

  • Pier 4 – Under Construction

Some very interesting units are still available! Don’t hesitate to stop by the sales office as of January 6th to visit our model units. The project’s final pier features large units up to 2,000 ft2. Prices range from $296,000 to $1,014,000. The construction teams have just finished pouring and forming the concrete slab for the first garage level.

  • Phase 1 – Under Construction

The project broke ground in September. Since then the teams have been busy excavating, and they are currently finishing the final garage level. They are scheduled to begin pouring the footings by late January.

  • Phase 2 – On Sale

Launched in September, the project’s second phase is already 65% sold. Fortunately, there are many interesting units still available! Don’t hesitate to stop by the sales office as of January 6th to learn more. Prices range from $232,000 to $780,000.

  • Phase 4 – Under Construction

Construction on the project is in its final stages and teams are working hard to deliver units in the near future.

On the 20th floor, teams are putting up interior divisions and doing mechanical work. Gypsum work is underway on the 16th floor, and wall plastering on the 14th and 15th. The first coat of paint was just applied on the 12th floor, and ceramic is being installed on floors 8 and 9. Cabinets are going up on the 5th floor, carpentry finishing work has reached the 9th floor and exterior masonry work is underway on the 16th. The terrace adjacent to the rooftop swimming pool has also been concreted. And finally, in early January they will begin putting up door frames.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to remind you that the after-sales service department, the construction department and the head office will be closed from December 23rd until January 7th. The sales offices will be closed from December 22nd until January 5th.
