Construction update on our current projects

Ready for the Holidays!
Update on construction at Lowney sur Ville, Bassins du Havre & 21e arrondissement. Montreal.

As the holidays approach we would like to take this opportunity to give you a construction update on our three current projects.

Lowney sur Ville phase 1

Condo deliveries for phase 1 are well underway and we are currently delivering units on the 10th floor. The finishing work is progressing well; floors have been installed up to the 18th floor, cabinets have reached the 20th floor and ceramic installation is currently underway on the 21st floor.

Lowney sur Ville - phase 1 - Griffintown, Montréal

Bassins du Havre Pier 2a

Pier 2a is receiving more and more residents; we are currently delivering units on the 6th floor. To those interested: there are still units available for quick delivery! Please contact the sales office at 514-989-8889 for more information.

Les Bassins du Havre, Quai 2. Griffintown, Montréal.

21e arrondissement

Construction is advancing quickly and we expect to have the roof sealed up in time for the holidays. As per tradition, we will install a Christmas tree on the roof to celebrate the completion of the highest section of the building. This tradition goes back over 1000 years to when the Scandinavians would place a tree on top of new buildings out of respect for the trees that were sacrificed during construction.

21e arrondissement, Vieux-Montréal.

Happy Holidays!

Please note that our sales offices will be closed from December 19th to January 2nd, 2015.

We wish you a very happy holiday season and hope that 2015 brings you plenty of joy! !
