The Bassins du Havre First Units Soon To Be Delivered

The delivery of the first units in Pier 1 of the Bassins du Havre project will begin soon. Indeed, the first wave of deliveries is scheduled on October 7 2013! Dear new owners, there is just a few days left before the big day. Until then, here is an overview of the progress at the construction site of Piers 1 and 2 and in the revamping of the areas surrounding the project.

Completion of Pier 1 – The installation of the dry walls is now completed for the entire building. – The ventilation systems are functional up to the 7th floor. – The kitchens are partially installed up to the 6th floor. – The ceramic tiles are in place up to the 5th floor. – The wooden floors are installed up to the 4th floor. – The condos front doors are in place up to the 3rd floor. Construction of Pier 2 – The construction of the impermeable foundation slab is now completed. – The formwork and the installation of the steel reinforcement of the first level underground slab and of the access way leading to the underground parking are progressing well. Revamping of the surrounding areas – The pavement of Basin Street is completed and now reaches our building. – The pedestrian access located next to Pier 1 is 95% finished and should be entirely completed at the beginning of October. – The revamping of the bike path and linear park of the Lachine Canal are going as planned. All our teams will be working hard in the next days to make sure that everything is ready as soon as possible. See you soon, Patrick
