The official launch of Phase 1 of Union Park, which took place on Saturday, May 6th, was a resounding success, with 100% of the 188 units already reserved. We’re planning to launch Phase 2 as soon as fall 2017. We invite you to sign up for our VIP clients list so you can be the first to know about the presale.

It’s possible that certain units from Phase 1 will become available again. If you’re interested, please don’t hesitate to visit the sales office, located at 2020, René-Lévesque West, and open Monday to Thursday from 12:00pm – 8:00pm and Saturday to Sunday from 12:00pm – 5:00pm.
