OUR
HISTORY

Over 40 years of building happiness

For over 40 years, we have been building large-scale projects and collaborative partnerships. It’s with much pride that our team continues to enrich Quebec’s architectural heritage and evolve the concept of urban living.

“My goal has always been to build emotion. And to do that, you first have to get to know your clients and what makes them happy.”

Jacques Vincent, Founder

Since Prével’s very first construction in the late 1970s, we have built over 11,000 units and proudly contributed to the growth of Quebec’s real estate.

Today, as an industry leader, it is an honour to help extend the province’s new construction market by taking an innovative approach to living spaces, mixed usage, common areas, neighbourhood life, and urban living—all while making it easier for new buyers to purchase their first home.
