Over 40 years of living well
For over 40 years, we have been proudly contributing to enhancing Quebec’s architectural heritage and pushing the concept of urban housing forward.
FOUNDED IN 1978
We laid down the foundations of what would become our signature: Prével contributes to revitalizing neighbourhoods by developing single-family homes and townhouses.
YEARS 1990
Our positioning was refined. The company turned to creating high-density real estate projects—condos, lofts, and retirement homes.
YEARS 2000
Our ambitions grew. Prével developed mixed-use projects that include condos, rental units, and commercial spaces to attract new residents, create vibrant living environments, and contribute to the renewal of neighbourhoods.
2019
Prével announced its most ambitious project to date: the redevelopment of a farrow lot in the Centre-Sud neighbourhood, right beside the Jacques Cartier Bridge. Esplanade Cartier combines a large residential complex (co-ownerships, rental apartments, and social housing) with commercial and office spaces.
