Fancy a meal at home? No time to cook? I found some great addresses close to our condo projects where you can stock up on prepared and ready-to-eat meals.

Check out some of these new players in the neighborhood.

Le Marché Richmond – 333, Richmond

Have you heard about the new expansion at Le Richmond? The Richmond Group recently opened a grocery-bistro area in a 6000 square-foot former industrial site adjacent to the restaurant, Le Richmond. Le Marché Richmond offers Italian-inspired bistro cuisine and a selection of nearly 2000 imported Italian products as well as a wide range of local products (pasta, sauces, olive oils, etc.). The prepared foods counter offers sandwiches, salads, meats and desserts. The market is open 7 days a week and offers brunch on weekends.

Boucherie Grinder – 1654, Notre-Dame West

Le Grinder, the popular restaurant specializing in aged meat also offers prepared gourmet meals such as kebabs, roast Cornish chicken, short ribs, etc. You can order online and home delivery is free.

La Dispensa MTL – 696, William

If, like my colleague Catherine on the Lowney sur Ville sales team, you’re fans of Italian food, you’ll be pleased to know that across the street from our project, 21e arrondissement, there is an Italian grocery store, La Dispensa (the pantry). You can stop by for a good coffee or pastry, a quick lunch or to shop for home (pasta, oils, cookies and other delights!).

We are not putting up walls. We are trying to break them down.

Our adventure began on the streets of Old Montréal and extended out to Griffintown, showing how projects such as Le Seville and Lowney not only revitalized neighbourhoods, but also redefined the concept of city living. Old Montréal and the Quai de la Commune In the 1990s, Old Montréal began its metamorphosis. It was at this…
