Coming Soon! Brand New Condo Project!
Steps from the Atwater metro station and Cabot Square
Great news! Prével is developing a new condo project at the corner of Sainte-Catherine St. West and Lambert-Closse in Montreal.
Future neighbour of the old Forum and Le Seville, this new condo project will attract a lot of attention courtesy of its exceptional location, right next to an Adonis supermarket, a Starbucks, a BMO Bank of Montreal, Place Alexis Nihon, Dawson College and Concordia University! Condo owners will live within a few steps of the Atwater metro station and Cabot Square (which is scheduled to undergo a complete facelift beginning this summer).
Look for a product launch in autumn 2014.
