Located on Basin street in Griffintown, Pier 2b will round out the second phase of Bassins du Havre with 73 new units featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos, as well as six penthouses with dual-sided views and two private terraces. Unit sizes range from 556 – 1,379 sq. ft. with prices from $230,000  to $595,000 plus taxes. Residents of Pier 2 will benefit from direct access to the fitness centre and the rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and BBQ areas. Deliveries are scheduled for summer/fall 2016.
