L\u2019occasion de se rem\u00e9morer son arriv\u00e9e, en 96, sur le chantier du projet qui lan\u00e7ait la collaboration entre Jacques Vincent et Jonathan Sigler, le Quai de la commune. Aujourd\u2019hui, un peu plus de 20 ans plus tard, on retrouve Fran\u00e7ois sur le chantier de la phase 4 du Lowney sur Ville dont la livraison est pr\u00e9vue pour le&nbsp;printemps 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-ca5ad725-b05b-5f62-148a-d0d5c4c97bfa\">Si d\u2019ordinaire on trouve Fran\u00e7ois sur le chantier, son lieu de pr\u00e9dilection, c\u2019est son bureau, donnant sur le chantier du Lowney sur Ville. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><em><strong><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-ca5ad725-b05b-5f62-148a-d0d5c4c97bfa\">\u00ab Mon travail, c\u2019est d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cuter les travaux et de coordonner les sous-traitants pour arriver \u00e0 construire le b\u00e2timent dans les d\u00e9lais convenus.\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-ca5ad725-b05b-5f62-148a-d0d5c4c97bfa\">C\u2019est donc sur la base des plans d\u2019architectes, d\u2019ing\u00e9nieures en structure et en m\u00e9canique, qu\u2019\u00e0 partir de 7 heures, Fran\u00e7ois mobilise et coordonne ses \u00e9quipes. C\u2019est \u00e7a le gros de mon travail :&nbsp;assurer une surveillance continue pour devancer et \u00e9viter les mauvaises surprises.\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-ca5ad725-b05b-5f62-148a-d0d5c4c97bfa\">Fran\u00e7ois aime l\u2019action du chantier&nbsp;et ce, depuis qu\u2019il est sorti de l\u2019\u00c9cole de technologie sup\u00e9rieure avec un bac en gestion de construction sous le bras. Il a d&rsquo;abord fait ses armes sur l\u2019\u00cele des Soeurs pendant 12 ans, et a travaill\u00e9&nbsp;pendant 5 ans sur la derni\u00e8re grosse centrale hydro-\u00e9lectrique de la Baie James, pour finalement arriver chez Pr\u00e9vel. Fort de ces exp\u00e9riences accumul\u00e9es, il ma\u00eetrise maintenant ses chantiers, ce qui lui m\u00e9rite la confiance totale de ses \u00e9quipes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-ca5ad725-b05b-5f62-148a-d0d5c4c97bfa\">La phase 4 du Lowney sur Ville, c\u2019est la cerise sur son sundae. Apr\u00e8s avoir construit les phases 1,2 et 3, il reprend le chantier des 4 derni\u00e8res phases du Lowney sur Ville. Si l\u2019excavation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e lors de la construction de la phase 3, nous permettant de commencer directement au-dessus du niveau du sol, exercer une bonne surveillance sur 20 \u00e9tages n\u2019est pas simple. De plus, le toit-terrasse reste la partie la plus complexe de la tour.\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-ca5ad725-b05b-5f62-148a-d0d5c4c97bfa\">Mais Fran\u00e7ois n\u2019est pas r\u00e9ellement inquiet;&nbsp;les travaux avancent bien et respectent l&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ancier. Les futurs r\u00e9sidents pourront prendre possession de leur nouveau chez-soi&nbsp;au printemps 2018.
