Mais l&rsquo;envie de d\u00e9fi et d&rsquo;aventure \u00e9tait trop forte. Une semaine apr\u00e8s, tout \u00e9tait r\u00e9gl\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb. <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-2d6412a8-775a-599e-ac61-805bfe7d4fd0\">Et cela fait maintenant 11 ans que Bastien dirige ce restaurant-bar \u00e0 vin \u00e0 Griffintown. Un succ\u00e8s qui ne diminue pas et on comprend pourquoi! <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image image\" style=\"--ratio:66.6666666667%\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/restaurant-fran%C3%A7ais-bar-vin-code-ambiance_0.jpg\" alt=\"restaurant-francais-bar-vin-code-ambiance\" class=\"wp-image-1003415\"\/><figcaption>Le restaurant le Code Ambiance se trouve en plein coeur de Griffintown.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-2d6412a8-775a-599e-ac61-805bfe7d4fd0\">Au Code-Ambiance tous les mets sont faits maison&nbsp;et cuisin\u00e9s pour respecter au mieux le produit. <\/span>Bastien et C\u00e9line, son chef depuis 6 ans, utilisent beaucoup la cuisson sous-vide pour garder intactes toutes les saveurs. Les aliments sont d&rsquo;une qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure, fruit d&rsquo;une longue recherche en amont des producteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><em><strong><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-2d6412a8-775a-599e-ac61-805bfe7d4fd0\">\u00ab&nbsp;<\/span>Je s\u00e9lectionne mes fournisseurs en fonction de la fra\u00eecheur de leurs produits, de la qualit\u00e9 de la viande et de leur m\u00e9thode de production. Par exemple, toutes nos viandes proviennent des parties internes, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire nobles, de l\u2019animal&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image image\" style=\"--ratio:66.6666666667%\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/cuisine-fran%C3%A7aise-griffintown_0.jpg\" alt=\"cuisine-francaise-griffintown\" class=\"wp-image-1003417\"\/><figcaption>La fine cuisine fran\u00e7aise est c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e autour de ce Confit de Coeur de Veau \u00e0 l\u2019orange et \u00e0 la passion.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-2d6412a8-775a-599e-ac61-805bfe7d4fd0\">Ce qui nous a fait tomber par terre? <\/span>Les tartares.&nbsp;Pour les amoureux de ce type de plat, vous n&rsquo;allez pas \u00eatre d\u00e9\u00e7us. Pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la main et au couteau, ils font plus envie les uns que les autres. On s&rsquo;est laiss\u00e9 tenter par le dernier en date sur la carte, le tartare de filet de biche. Depuis le printemps, il a un succ\u00e8s fou. R\u00e9el passionn\u00e9 de viniculture, Bastien a fait grandir sa cave au fil des ann\u00e9es pour proposer \u00e0 ce jour une s\u00e9lection de plus de 150 vins du monde entier. On y retrouve entre autres des vins exclusifs qu\u2019il est le seul \u00e0 distribuer <\/span>ainsi qu\u2019une grande s\u00e9lection de vins bio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-2d6412a8-775a-599e-ac61-805bfe7d4fd0\">Pour ce qui est des desserts, on ne reste pas sur sa faim&#8230; Une petite <\/span>\u00ab&nbsp;tarte tatin au foie gras po\u00eal\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb pour finir? Oui, vous avez bien lu! Les becs sucr\u00e9s trouveront \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr leur bonheur.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-2d6412a8-775a-599e-ac61-805bfe7d4fd0\">Un restaurant \u00e0 Griffintown o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on se sent chez soi<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-2d6412a8-775a-599e-ac61-805bfe7d4fd0\">Le Monsieur foie gras, comme ses amis l&rsquo;appellent, am\u00e8ne une touche tr\u00e8s chaleureuse \u00e0 l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re&nbsp;en passant de table en table pour raconter des anecdotes sur les vins, sur sa cuisine, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><em><strong><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-2d6412a8-775a-599e-ac61-805bfe7d4fd0\">\u00ab C<\/span>\u2019est l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 aller si on ne veut pas \u00eatre \u00e0 la maison, mais comme \u00e0 la maison. S\u00fbrement au d\u00e9licat m\u00e9lange des trois.
