Avis aux int\u00e9ress\u00e9s&nbsp;: &nbsp;il reste quelques unit\u00e9s disponibles pour occupation rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s plusieurs semaines d\u2019attente \u00e0 cause des grands froids, les couvreurs ont finalement pu \u00e9tanch\u00e9ifier la toiture de la phase 2. &nbsp;Le froid n\u2019a toutefois pas emp\u00each\u00e9 l\u2019avancement des travaux \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent. En effet, la pose de gypse est maintenant termin\u00e9e, la&nbsp;pose de c\u00e9ramique s&rsquo;effectue au 6<sup>e<\/sup> \u00e9tage et les armoires sont en cours d\u2019installation aux 4<sup>e<\/sup> et 5<sup>e<\/sup> \u00e9tages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9molition de l\u2019ancien bureau de ventes a d\u00e9but\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin f\u00e9vrier et les travaux de palplanches ont commenc\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re.
