Mille mercis \u00e0 nos amis Caroline Fortin et Fran\u00e7ois Chayer pour leur pr\u00e9cieuse collaboration \u00e0 ce billet. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Au Lowney 10<\/span><\/strong> La finition des aires communes progresse bien : l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e principale est presque termin\u00e9e et les corridors sont termin\u00e9s du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e au troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tage. La terrasse de la phase 10 pourra accueillir les r\u00e9sidents d\u00e8s la fin du mois de juin. Le recouvrement ext\u00e9rieur est enti\u00e8rement compl\u00e9t\u00e9. Les travaux de terrassement se termineront au cours des prochaines semaines dans la cour situ\u00e9e entre les phases 9, 10 et 11. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Lowney 11 <\/span><\/strong> Les premi\u00e8res livraisons ont eu lieu le 3 juin. Celles-ci se termineront \u00e0 la fin du mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt. Les travaux de finition dans les condos se d\u00e9roulent bien&nbsp;: les trois premiers \u00e9tages sont presque pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre livr\u00e9s. Les travaux de c\u00e9ramique sont en cours au huiti\u00e8me \u00e9tage, la pose des planchers est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au sixi\u00e8me \u00e9tage, les comptoirs en sont au cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9tage et l\u2019installation des cuisines est entam\u00e9e au huiti\u00e8me \u00e9tage. Les travaux de ma\u00e7onnerie sont termin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. <span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">Lowney sur Ville<\/span> Les travaux d\u2019excavation au site de la phase 1 sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 95 % et \u00e0 la phase 2, ceux-ci sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 70 %.
