Pr\u00e9vel doit \u00e9galement respecter ses engagements envers l&rsquo;acheteur, en vertu du contrat de vente. Advenant un changement au contrat, Pr\u00e9vel est tenu d\u2019en aviser le plus rapidement possible l\u2019acheteur et de prendre une nouvelle entente avec ce dernier, au besoin.
