\n This former chocolate factory turned into a residential project with innovative common areas set the tone for Griffintown\u2019s revitalization.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

When Pr\u00e9vel acquired two former chocolate factories from Lowney in Griffintown, many of the area\u2019s industrial buildings were abandoned and the sidewalks empty. 14 years later, the Lowney project (including Lowney sur Ville), which includes 15 phases and close to 1,700 condos, brought life back to the neighbourhood. The four-season \u201curban chalet\u201d was also born with this project, a concept that gave residents the opportunity to get together and socialize all year round.<\/p> <\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
