We are trying to break them down."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our adventure began on the streets of Old Montr\u00e9al and extended out to Griffintown, showing how projects such as Le Seville and Lowney not only revitalized neighbourhoods, but also redefined the concept of city living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Old Montr\u00e9al and the Quai de la Commune<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the 1990s, Old Montr\u00e9al began its metamorphosis. It was at this time that we launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/en\/project\/quai-de-la-commune\" class=\"ek-link\">Quai de la Commune<\/a> project, marking the dawn of a new era. The project did not just revitalize the urban space, but allowed residents to become first-time homeowners, form relationships with their neighbours, and build a vibrant community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attentive to the desire of our clients for a more fulfilling social life, we kept right on innovating. Our lively rooftop terraces, pools, and barbecue areas were designed to promote socializing and sharing. It is here that the best stories of urban life unfolded, all with Old Montr\u00e9al and the Saint-Lawrence River as a backdrop.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\" style=\"--ratio:62.5%\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/1996_QUAIDELACOMMUNE-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1013993\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/1996_QUAIDELACOMMUNE-edited.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/1996_QUAIDELACOMMUNE-edited-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/1996_QUAIDELACOMMUNE-edited-768x480.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Griffintown and Lowney<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/en\/project\/lowney\" class=\"ek-link\">Lowney<\/a>, we took a bold gamble that we could awaken the potential of Griffintown by revitalizing its industrial heritage and cultivating common areas bustling with community life. With its 15 successive phases, Lowney\u2019s success is a testament of our commitment to listening to our clients and giving young professionals the opportunity to become owners. By making the windows larger, we shined the spotlight on the building\u2019s industrial aesthetic while bathing each condo in natural light. For its part, the Saint-Henri neighbourhood elegantly fuses its industrial charm with bustling caf\u00e9s and hip restaurants. The project attracted over 1,700 residents, most first-time home buyers eager to experience urban living in all its beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 count-1\"><figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-style-default\" style=\"--ratio:150.65913371%\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"1024\" data-id=\"1013983\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Prevel-2-680x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1013983\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Prevel-2-680x1024.jpg 680w, https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Prevel-2-199x300.jpg 199w, https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Prevel-2-768x1157.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Prevel-2-1020x1536.jpg 1020w, https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Prevel-2.jpg 1062w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/figure> <\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shaughnessy Village and Le Seville<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/en\/project\/le-seville\" class=\"ek-link\">The Seville<\/a>, a former theatre that was transformed into much sought-after homes, showed our ability to create spaces that meet our clients\u2019 desires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we were asked to convert the theatre into residences, the building was in ruins and unrecognizable. Neighbours and several local organizations were relieved to learn about the project. The Seville\u2019s popularity soared so high that the day before the condos officially went up for sale, interested buyers camped out overnight. Phase 1, which included 99 units, sold in just three hours.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subsequent phases saw the same level of success.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/zm5h1Hj668Qy1GTBwuNlsrq6HhmUb06eLOa296oBPBks0rv8g7CDJyGzldXEcr6Dc-q8CGTRuuLeNWVjNTYe1FIREnKoXu1ZMIcC2sUVaF3cdQ3lfxe5wpVJGFHsZHoItisjk2hbiNAmvYBd4HI8P6Y\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Story Continues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through these projects, we have demonstrated our ability to rethink urban living spaces. We aim to design spaces that create connections between people and bring them together.
