Yesterday, Thursday September 14<\/span>th, Pr\u00e9vel celebrated the start of construction at Union Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate this important event, partners, friends and employees were invited to a press conference given by Laurence Vincent, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Group Pr\u00e9vel. Among the many guests were Andr\u00e9 Poulin from Destination Centre-Ville (Destination Downtown) and financial partners Serge Robitaille and Franck Thonon from Ipso Facto, as well as project architects Gil Hardy and Charles Laurence Proulx from NOS Architects.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

The celebration later continued with a festive 5@7 during which future residents of the project were able to get acquainted with their future neighbors as well as with the teams from Pr\u00e9vel.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

A double construction start<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The quick pace of sales of Phase 1 allowed the team to push ahead with Phase 2 of the project, meaning both phases will be built at the same time.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 354 units spread between the two towers of the project will therefore be fully delivered in 2020, nearly one year ahead of the original schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re building the project in one go, straight through\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/span>, Laurence Vincent, VP of Pr\u00e9vel.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Phase 2, currently on sale<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While the presale of Phase 2 surpassed all of our expectations, with over 60% of units already reserved, there are still many very interesting units still available.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sales office, located at 2020 Blvd. Ren\u00e9-L\u00e9vesque W., will be showing them to visitors as of this Saturday, September 16<\/span>th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
