We are now finishing up the hallways and entrance lobby. For those interested: there are a few units left for quick delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After several weeks of waiting due to the extreme cold, the roofers were finally able to seal up the roof of Phase 2. The cold did not however slow down any work inside the building. Cabinets are currently being installed on the 4<sup>th<\/sup> and 5<sup>th<\/sup> floors, while ceramic work has reached the 6<sup>th<\/sup> floor and gypsum installation is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The demolition of the old sales office started at the end of February and work on the sheet piling began last week.
