The manager of la <a href=\"http:\/\/stationsports.ca\/?&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>\u201cStation des sports\u201d<\/strong><\/a>, a sports bar located literally a stone\u2019s throw away from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prevel.ca\/en\/project\/le-seville\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Le Seville<\/strong><\/a>, told us he\u2019s eagerly waiting for the visit of the future residents of Le Seville. Along with a mega-terrace added this summer on St-Catherine Street for everybody to enjoy, the <em>Station des sports<\/em><em> <\/em>has recently started the construction of an extension that will allow it to accommodate up to a thousand sports fans.&nbsp; To offer low prices, the Station bets on high trafic, inspired by the winning formula of institutions such as the \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.realsports.ca\/bar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Real Sports Bar &amp; Grill<\/strong><\/a>\u201d, one of Toronto\u2019s landmark sports bar, where fans and sports enthusiasts meet up for a diversity of sports events. <strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Other good news for the neighbourhood and for the residents of Le Seville <\/span><\/strong><\/strong> A <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adonisproducts.com\/index.php?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">March\u00e9 Adonis<\/a><\/strong>, the first branch of this franchise to take foot in downtown Montreal, will open its door on the ground floor of the Phase 3b, at the corner of Lambert-Closse and St-Catherine. Nothing better than a food market specialized in Mediterranean products located a foot step away from home. Clearly the end of these endless walks in the cold, arms loaded with grocery bags! Also to be noted, Le Seville coffee shop, under the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.starbucks.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Starbuck<\/strong><\/a> banner, is soon to be opened at ground level of Phase 1.
