In addition to the existing 634 sq. ft (two rooms) model unit, we\u2019ve added two new model units. The first one is a <a href=\"http:\/\/lelowney.prevel.ca\/fr\/pdfs\/b8.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>423 sq. ft unit<\/strong><\/a> and the other is a <a href=\"http:\/\/lelowney.prevel.ca\/fr\/pdfs\/c8.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>567 sq. ft unit<\/strong><\/a>. Using state-of-the art space management, both aim at maximising functionality, without compromising design. <strong>New Plans Are Available!<\/strong> Always concerned with our clients needs, we made some changes to the units of the project. We proceeded to a retrofiting of the plans and added units that qualify for the city of Montreal grants!
