The jury for the multi-residential category, chaired by Dani\u00e8le Lalande from Chez Gascons & Associates, declared Imperial Lofts the winner for its design and successful integration into the neighborhood, in addition to its contribution to the revitalization for St-Henri. The project was also recognized for its use of innovative construction techniques that promote sustainable development, and as well for its exemplary role in urban rehabilitation and housing policies.
