Pr\u00e9vel (Groupe Immobilier Alliance Inc.) must comply with all the legal obligations set forth by the R\u00e9gie du b\u00e2timent du Qu\u00e9bec. Pr\u00e9vel must also respect its commitment to the buyer pursuant to the sales contract. If there is a change to the sales contract, Pr\u00e9vel must advise the potential buyer as quickly as possible and, if required, reach a new agreement with the buyer. Pr\u00e9vel commits to communicate with the buyer during the project to keep them informed on their unit\u2019s construction progress and the project as a whole.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n

The Pr\u00e9vel team is fully responsible for after-sales services for the first year. As of the second year, a building management company takes over and consults Pr\u00e9vel as needed.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n

Pr\u00e9vel projects are built by Pr\u00e9vel. We hold the required general contractor\u2019s licence and deal with subcontractors directly.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n

Pr\u00e9vel registers its units with the Garantie Habitation des Ma\u00eetres B\u00e2tisseurs<\/i> (GHMB). This guarantee covers unit interiors for one year and common areas for five. The plan also covers the buyer\u2019s deposits during the construction.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n

We generally ask for a 15% to 20% down payment, divided into three instalments. The first must be paid upon signing the contract, the second two months later and the third six months after the signing of the contract.<\/p>
