Thise prize for project of the year was awarded to Impérial loft based on "the avant-garde nature of the project, the architectural accomplishments, and the constraints overcome given the existing structure."

CONVERSION OF THE YEAR - ÉPOQUES
Époques is a transformation project located in the heart of Old Montreal. Oil-fired lamps, the sound of horses' hooves on the pavement and the warm hues of Saint-Marc stone contributed to the discreet charm of these two century old buildings, converted into lofts.
