In the winter of 2006, Lowney was reviving an old industrial district of Montreal known as Griffintown. This real estate project pays tribute to the past of this neighborhood, while turning in a creative way towards the future. Located at the intersection of l'Inspecteur and Notre-Dame Streets, the Lowney benefits from a unique location, close to Old Montreal, downtown and the Lachine Canal. The lofts, which open on large windows, offer a modern urban lifestyle as well as old brick architecture. Since then, the Lowney has evolved into a urban community with more than 1000 units, rallying Notre-Dame Street and William Street, going almost to Ottawa Street. Griffintown is now a flourishing neighborhood, where the Lowney is considered a pioneer.
