SATISFACTION FOLLOW-UP

Upon occupancy of your new home, you will complete a thorough inspection of the premises with a representative from Prével. Forty five days (45) after occupancy you will be asked to remit a list of any new items that need correction or adjustment that have occurred since occupancy. The same process takes place 1 year after occupancy.
