Back in the ‘90s, Prével recognized the potential of developing Montréal’s rooftops — the space, the view, the water… We wanted to offer our clients a “vacation spot” in the heart of the city so they could get the most out of summer. Our first outdoor terrace was set up with a pool, a few tables and chairs, and a BBQ. Then, with each subsequent project, we aspired to create different, more innovative concepts. At Lowney Phases 3 and 4, for example, the infinity pool gives the impression of swimming right into downtown. The Seville 3 offers breathtaking downtown views from its terrace on the 20th floor while integrating natural wood and greenery to create a warm, relaxing environment.
We were the first to develop amenity-rich rooftops, and the concept of Lowney Phases 8 through 11 is the finest example of our cutting-edge creativity. Inspired by New York City’s High Line, Prével created a linear rooftop park complete with elevated walkways that connect four rooftops, each one offering unique amenities. Buyers loved the concept on paper, and now that it’s real, they couldn’t imagine condo life without it!
