PLAN YOUR VISITS
Visit the websites of the projects that interest you. Check out the location, floor plans, and amenities. Find out who the developer and builder are so that you can validate their credibility. Make note of the specific opening hours during which the sales offices can be visited.

VISIT THE SALES OFFICE
Visit the sales office and the model units. Pick up relevant information such as brochures, plans, prices, etc.

GET TO KNOW THE PROJECT
When you get back home, study everything about the development. Draw up a list of questions to ask for your next meeting with the sales staff. Ensure that you understand what your monthly costs will be.

RESERVE YOUR UNIT
After you've chosen the unit you want, it's time to reserve it.

OFFER TO PURCHASE
You will be invited to sign an offer to purchase, at which time you will be notified of the exact date your unit will be delivered, and the amount of the deposits that will be required for the purchase.

OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS
Prével will send you all the documents, duly signed, by mail.

MORTGAGE LOAN
You will be invited to meet the mortgage counsellor from the project's financial institution. Your Prével representative will guide you through the process of securing your mortgage loan.

CHOICE OF FINISHES
You'll meet with a representative to make your choice of finishes, such as the floor colour, countertops, kitchen cupboards, ceramic tile, etc. At this point you will have the opportunity to discover how you might customize your home.

SITE VISITS
During construction, you will have the chance to visit the site on a few occasions and see your unit quickly taking shape.

CHECKLIST
Three weeks before your unit is due to be delivered, you will receive a letter detailing the procedures to take possession of your new home. It will include an adjustment sheet, a checklist for your moving day, and any other pertinent information.

VISIT WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT
On the day of delivery, you will visit your new home with a Prével representative, who will explain how everything works in your new residence, as well as how to maintain it. Any adjustments that need to be made will be noted and you will sign the certificate of completion.

NOTARIZED DEED
The notarized deed is now ready to be signed. Once signed, you will receive your keys, and you'll be ready to move in!

CLIENT SATISFACTION
Prével has developed a process to guarantee client satisfaction. You'll receive a form 45 days after occupancy, and another one 365 days after occupancy, which you can use to notify the company of any adjustments that may need to be made to your new home.
